Ardougne!?

Ardougne...when compared to Falador, Lumbridge, Varrock, Seers, and Catherby it seems like a ghost town...

What could be done to spruce it up?

I went with the Poison Arrow as it seemed to be the less clich out of the lot and believe me all 5 possible choices were clich on some level.
