Honestly I think they probably cut off the quest writer and told him he didn't need to make it epic...why not you ask?

Because the creator of the questline has returned to jagex

I can now cast Spellbook swap and Ghorrock Teleport.

Over 1 million to next level. Then I can cast Miasmic Barrage, as if Tongue
