			<description>As I see it, there are several issues with Stealing Creation:



Quite a few bugs and large amount of lag... most of which will prolly be fixed by Jan '09.



Skillers get no experience... Not sure if fighters do either.



Your team can end up with all of your stuff close to a base, altar, and kiln, or be nowhere in sight of each other.



In order to get good points from melee, you need to be 100+ with all level 5+ stuff... 



The amount of time that barriers stand is weird. Level 4's barely  ...</description>

That new cave has nice high-leveled content for several skills including fishing, mining, combat, and cooking. I consider about 70+ to be high leveled in most skills... more or less.



Jagex is also improving how you start the game... For me this helps a lot. It makes people want to create new characters so they can test them out, but it also helps new players get stuck on the game or older low-level players get back or continue playing  ...</description>

The Grand Exchange might’ve seemed like a perfect solution to RWT at the time it was created. It determined the prices of all items, based on supply and demand. Scamming couldn’t be done anymore, since all players had a trade limit based on the Grand Exchange price. Players could now trade items faster, without needing to put in any effort. They could now do other stuff while the G.E. did the trading for them. A perfect world it would seem…or not?
