Ranks and Groups?!

Currently the forum uses two things - Ranks and Groups. I'm considering ditching groups altogether, or at least until forums become really heaving! See... it's Ranks that appear beneath your avatar, and that's mainly the thing you all want! Tongue

Does anyone object to scrapping groups?

Well groups are serving no purpose, but I keep getting nudges to add people to them. But... people only want to be in a group for the bit beneath their name, but that isn't a group, that's a rank. Tongue

you use the groups to have group-only forums, however moderators and administrators can view and post on them Grin
