3mpty...don't fault Jagex for not instantly imagining every last possibility
I'm pretty sure that the idea for a full wildy BH was based off of some player threads and some jagex brainstorming...and even once they came up with that...do you know how hard it is to code that all in...probably took months if not more...
And reactivating an account isn't that hard is it??? Or did they give away all their stuff?

I'm not insulting Jagex... I'm questioning why they would choose a difficult solution over a simple one. Surely the most obvious solution would have been to just add more restrictions to Wilderness? They were already planning Bounty Hunter, even if they did remove the Wilderness, they could have just kept that until they were finished...

They should've at least had something else PvP to put in it's place immediately.
