maybe. I did it yasterday. I didn't find the nessesary need for the extremely high hunting requirements - the strength was ok, and I don't even know what the other requirement was for o.O
It was really easy, and I wish the plot could have been an epic adventure- seems that Jagex reallly goofs off if they have been working on this short and 'supposed to be hard' quest...
The mini-cannon, in my opinion was SAWWEEET!
I can't wear it, but it probably is crap.
I didn't even realize the that dragon pick was a reward!
Wow... I feel really stupid, but hey, look on the bright side- mining will be MUCH easier with it!
