...I wasn't suggesting that for RuneScape, I was merely pointing out how few names were actually being demanded on each server that numbers could be unpermitted and most players having unique names that are tangible.

Why to the power of six? And I said tangible names... I got every name I ever chose, and me, my mates and my sisters combined have like 30 characters across 3 realms. I have Rukario, Dolkio, Nyxes, Hades, Styx, etc.

Besides, that's not my point, I just mean players and other players are used to who you are. Yes... any means of changing your name would mean you'd alienate yourself from your passed fame, but still. *shrugs*

It's optional, first of all.

Second of all, Jagex said they're trying to work out ways for other players to know who you are.
