Conjured Magic armour would have a requirement... robes aren't really worth anything anyway. Tongue

I need a melee sequel weapon to the Gnomish MountedArm.


The sequel is a handheld weapon based on the original... like the MultiCannon becomes the HandCannon, the Fairydust Launcher becomes the Fairy-zooka! But what does a MountedArm become? Lol, ArmMounted Tongue

How would a hand cannon help? Would it get more exp than cannon in the longrun?

Gnome Pole-Arm - Stronger arms (damage and use-wise), slightly higher range.


Range's unmakable would be chinchompas Tongue Or 'dark' as you put, or dragon arrows

Hey! did yuo know jagex actually made some better range armour have -18 in all melee attack stats...its armadyllo armour

Or it could be dine simple, not changing any skills at all.

Attack - Accuracy, all attacks! Also allows you to use higher weapons.
Magic, Ranged, Strength - Power for the equivalent attack. Also combines with attack to allow higher weapons and combines with defence to allow higher armour.
Defence - Chance of missing and damage decrease. Allows Higher armour combined with equivalent power skill.

Very rough outline.

Oh and as to "sheath" that seems ridiculous...rangers can only wield one type of arrow at a time, why can meleers have multiple, and the many spells in 13 slots is on of mages big advantages

Melee cannot wield multiple weapons at a time, neither can Ranged or Magic. Melee can switch weapons just as Ranged can switch ammunition or Magic can switch spell. A sheath is just an aethetic for not holding the weapon when out of combat. Ideally this would be separate to the right-hand (note that weapons would equip to the sheath-slot instead of the right-hand). The right-hand would have no use, or limited to non-combat/non-class equipment (such as pickaxes, etc). When you enter combat, the item in the right-hand vanishes (in terms of a game, in real life it would be put down or stored Tongue), and the player pulls forth their right-hand weapon (weather blade, bow or staff).

Attack being universal would solve A LOT of problems lol, and it would help with Attack-Styles being a broad thing. But... it's symbol would have to change. I actually like this idea, lol. Smile

Then we would just need some more equipment to balance things out. Also defence could be strengthened to make pures obsolete.
