The spirit shield: One of the less used shields, the basic spirit shield is far more useful than many realize. It is a rune kite equivalent with no ranged or magic negative bonus. Also...a rather large proportion of RS monsters use a crush attack...the spirit shield actually has a crush defence that surpasses even the Dragon Sq Shield.

Honor Among Thieves (and PKers): Why is it that in PvP an honorable fight is thought to meant one in which you allow the opponent to hit as high as they can on you and you allow them the same honor...it's ridiculous. Defence and Prayer and Food weren't intended solely for PvE...Magic and Ranged are supposed to be able to attack from afar. Thus I have decided to create a new category "strategy nubs" yes that's right...funny how a small rewording makes it seem so ridiculous...apparently in our current Pking community strategy is dishonorable.

However...there is one area in which I accept the arguments of PKers...teleportation...shouldn't be allowed in bounty worlds it sshould in fact have been fully blocked for everyone.

Why...so that people can waste opponent's time?

No, because they are amazing and everything in the wilderness can follow you through them...

Hello people...I'm back...decided to write a small piece on the glory that is Ice Trolls...

Ice Trolls: Jatizso's unknown glory!

These little trolls solve one of the oldest problems in runescape...how to make a profit while cannoning...

There are two types (well 3) runts/males who use melee and females who use ranging...fortunately the fremennik roundshield lowers the females' max hit to 2. Then you just wear prayer gear and a weapon of choice and pray melee. Inventory should be a few prayer pots, some food, your cannonballs, and preferably high alch runes...

On the island north of jatizso there is a big boulder in the middle...if you set up your cannon directly to the east you get a maximum spread of attacking across the whole place...

This place is fast in many ways...trolls die fast so you'll be running around constantly checking for good drops...i pick up all stackables and alch all armour/weapons...except for rune kites and granite shields...trust me though...you should alch rune warhammers...

The other thing is to always...always keep your prayer up...if you go down for even a bit you can die...multicombat ice troll males are no joke

The great part...you can easily profit over both cannonballs and potions
