Let's see...January of 2006. I got it as a birthday gift, since that's when I turned 13 and back then, they still had the 13 and over rule.

Summer of 2005 too, I think. My first holiday item was Zombie head and I started early summer, so I started around there.

I was 13 but I still lied.
Anywho, I started in 2004/2005. It was November of the year the Santa Hats were released. Of course, I didn't get hooked first time round and Psychoboy8 wasn't created until February. I can't remember the first account's name... god, imagine if I'd carried on playing with it! I wouldn't be called Psychoboy8, and I'd have a Santa Hat!

Lol, my first holiday item was the first non-discontinued item. I can't remember if that was the rubber chicken, zombie head or something else.

name.

Okay, it must've been the year after the Scythe which would make me a 2004 boy!
I just looked it up lol, the Scythe was the last item added to RuneScape Classic before the release of RuneScape. Apparently, ~8000 out of ~10000 people chose that Jagex should delay the release of RS2 by a day or two so that they could celebrate Hallowe'en. They were given the option of that, or allowing RS2 to be released as planned and just celebrate pancake day in February instead. Well I say - celebrate pancake day AS WELL!
