Not to Blink, but there's another two-part episode with the Angels in it.
Basically, to summarize;
• You see them move.
• They can move whilst in sight of each other.
• They "fact of their biology" is actually choice - if they think you're looking at them they will also turn to stone.
• They taunt their prey for fun yet 10th said that they were graceful killers.
• They were breaking necks: not one person got displaced.
I can live with the whole "That which holds the image of an Angel itself becomes an Angel", but still. I feel what made them special in Blink isn't so... well, it's all being undone with what they are in these two.

Oh, well...
Go here.
Install it.
Then, search for what you desire here. So... Doctor Who. Flesh and Stone is currently the stop result...
Click on the link. You'll now be on a page with a table with lots of links like Pirate Bay, BTJunkie, etc. I recommend Pirate Bay if it's there, else Vertor or something. It doesn't really matter.
On Pirate Bay click "download the torrent" which is below the "Download" button (which is actually an advert).
Open the .torrent file in Utorrent and watch it download!
It's some form of illegality for you to watch Doctor Who without a British TV License (unless it's released elsewhere) - so it doesn't really matter how you go about it.
Go here.
Install it.
Then, search for what you desire here. So... Doctor Who. Flesh and Stone is currently the stop result...

My mum agrees. She said part of what made them scary is that we have no idea what they do in the dark.
