Leadership? Us? ORLY!?!

Hear me out. I know we all hate Jagex's "improvements" to the forums. I know. But is this really the best thing for us to be doing? Yes, it's bad, and yes I know we want it to all go back to the way it was. It won't. I'm sorry to say but there's a 1 in 100,000 chance of them reverting it. But do we really want to say "Fuck you Jublex" and let the forums burn?

Maybe it's time for us to grow a pair and go out there and lead. Maybe it's time for us to stop crying, stop whining, stop moaning and start writing. Time to make Everyone:Suggestions a forum unrivaled by it's peers. Maybe some of you will say that's just giving in to Jagex. Well I got my opinion of you. I think your just afraid of change like every human, but whether that change is bad or good I think you're just telling them to hit again if you curl up, and you're making them more likely to ignore you if your just the moron yelling at them.

I think we need to drag ourselves back into the fray. Let liven up the forums. Lets do what we were formed to do! Maybe they will never do anything we say, but we can have a hell of a time.

I agree with Dark, 'cept for his opinion of 'us'. As usual I like something's potential, just not how it's been laid out. If they only gave back some of the forum communities, the update would be perfect. Well, that and a few little things like waiting-period... But that's just the balancing process that most updates get.

I'm all for rebuilding... But I lost my drive for the forums quite a bit before the segregation.

We should complete all our community projects. We didn't have that many... *grin*... The main ones were Mythics', Homecoming Apocalypse and Zoanthropy/Demonology. I know they said no more skills... But who cares? It's probably a case of putting the skills in Daemonheim, but both those two could fit without really anything changing.

Think this place can be used for the forums for everybody until Jagex gets that 95% of those that do use forums won't accept what they did to their no matter how what they tweet them to get people be force separated?

Haha well back on topic, I guess I can agree with this... but that doesn't really do anything about the forums. It says we're giving in and helping the community adjust rather than fight back.

But then again... as you said, fighting back is futile as there's just about 0 change of us getting our forums back. The best thing we can do is go back; afterall what are the chances Jagex will read what we say HERE? =/
