[P] Villainy
I think whe have covered almost all the important topics, and one of those that whe haven't covered is this, the villains of Pallis, and I have an idea for one.
People of all kind from all of the races have come to join a mysterious force called the legion of the damned, it started as a small group foretelling the end of pallis and promising salvation to the habitants throught undeath, now they are growing stronger their base located in the no man lands known as muertum forset (I got that name from other game so it can be changed if you want).
It's base an impossing citadel of the legion a building made from pure obsidian and bones no one know what lies inside it not even the highest ranking members of the legion, because that's the home to their leader The Damned.
No one know who he is, only that he appeared one day wearing armor al around his body, covering him completly, and as fast as he appeared, he dissapeared, shortly after this, the legion appeared
It started to grow at such rate taht it was a complete mystery why it grow so fast, no one knows the motives of the legion, nor it's goals, and that's why everyone wonders why it grow so fast.
But one thing is sure, that it's a threat to all of Pallis.

Anyway give me your thoughts ideas, and even other villains if you want , mine are just a wildshot, but one very well calculated . btw if you have played wow or know some lore of it, you'll realise that the legion of the damned is a mixture of the cult of the damned and the twilight hammer

Please break up the enormous block of text at the top. Otherwise, it sounds quite interesting.

Re: [P] Villainy
I'm not keen on the legion idea.
Recycling an idea, the Sun Gods; a race of beings born from the eddying mass of solar energy, whose bodies were given to them by the Forerunner (firstly, to stop them consuming the sun, and secondly to trap them in earthly form). There are four, and each is entirely different. However, a fifth has drifted upon ethereal wings and poses a threat.
The Pantheon of Discord, a race of phantoms who are given existence by belief. I don't really have anything for this to be honest.
The ones who came before, before even the Forerunner, who returned once before shall return once again.

I'm gonna give my two cents on the "Damned"
I think it sounds cool until we start going into secret bases and obsidian cities and gigantic glowing evil guys. Personally I love the idea of a legion of half crazed evil people wandering the land and attacking places for no good reason.

Amael'Thuzad.
One of the oldest members ofthe legions he moves in a weel chair as he is crumpled from his legs, hey is vewry charismatic and is the spokesman of the legion, once a vey famous priest, his motives to join the legion are unclear but he is their greatests spokeman, it's most great achievement was turning a small town to the legion in one day, but apart from that not much is know a bout him

Re: [P] Villainy
Each day they grow stronger. They are a blight upon the land, inching across it. They can't stay any place long, for their lord is a wanderer, and they must follow him. They cannot grow crops, so they pillage the land, taking all that it has. They are the legion of the damned.
They are a great army. Their leader cares not for them, but they follow him; worshipping him like a god. For that is what he is. They follow him. His priests lead them, and they cross Pallis like a plague. Where the strike, the dwallow and the Mogrul cower in fear. Only the Dragons and the Protectorate feel confident to face them.
When they come it is sudden. The mists that their mistweavers have captured engulf the land before them, shamans and mystics converting villagers to their dread cult...
They are the legion of the damned. They must be stopped.

Re: [P] Villainy
I would just go for the idea, without obsidian fortresses and the likes. Just all random people 'causing trouble in the name of something. *cough* Darkfriends *cough*
Also, change the name, it is absolutely bloody horrible
EDIT: If a name has a disambiguation page on Wikipedia, it's probably too used.

Re: [P] Villainy
Well, again if we all have a patchwork of villains, it'll get random and annoying.
And if you're not willing to alter your idea, the I'm going to oppose it, it doesn't fit with Pallis in its current form, and I really think it is too cliché.

Vice: "Your men are traitors; they will kill you!"
Warlord: "Not if I kill them first!"
Vice: "Your people mock you!"
Warlord: "I will suffer them to live!"
Vice has the power to compel people through inception, making them do what he wants by convincing them it's what they want.

Vice: "Your men are hairy bastards! Have their backs waxed!"
Warlord: "I shall leave them as they are, for the pain they would suffer of being waxed will last but moments when the hair is ripped from their flesh, but forever being insulted for their coverage of hair is a longer lasting punishment."

We came from the darkness. We destroyed your homes. We devoured your flesh. We are honoured you mistake us for the end, but we're just hungry. We are a symptom, not the cause.
