Hi Hobbes14,
That view is obviously shared by a large number of the forum community and it has been raised. However, these updates aren't going to be reversed, this doesn't mean that changes won't happen in the future but the community set up is going to stay. We are still collecting feedback from across the forums and it is being passed on.

Bye RCF!
So... a very large number of the community share the opinion but they won't reverse it?

Ya... I am still hoping they'll take feedback though.

Re: Re: 19/04/2010 - Forum Reshuffle
They need a "Common Community" which all players have unrestricted access to. Then these communities are optional. THEN, they need to give back Suggestions.
Re: Re: 19/04/2010 - Forum Reshuffle
I agree completely with the general consensus on this thread. There should (at least) be a forum for random suggestions with terrible spelling and/or stupid ideas (I don't mean joke threads, they should have their own section). In addition, former members should have the ability to use the P2P forums (not the in game content, sorry Jeeves) as many of their suggestions deal with P2P quests they completed. Of course, the above suggestion is only if Jublex doesn't do the smart thing and recreate the suggestions section. This time with added restrictions (to the restrictions from before the update): If your idea makes no sense, is unimplementable, would require completely destroying an existing quest line (sequels don't count!), would not improve the game, would interfere with an ongoing quest line (yet again, excluding sequels), would create an extremely overpowered item with no downside, would make an existing skill useless, or have utterly no details (only applicable if you don't write to be continued or reserve posts). The penalties for breaking these restrictions are: 1st offense: 1/2 hour forum muting. 2nd: 1 1/2 hour forum muting. 3rd: 6 hour forum muting. 4th: 24 hour forum muting. 6th: 48 hour forum . 7th: Forum muted for a week. 8th: Forum muted for 2 weeks. 9th: forum muted for 1 month. 10th: Forum muted for 1 1/2 months. 11th: Forum muting for 2 months. 12th: Permanent forum muting. I know this is long, but I feel that this is a good idea.

Guys, I posted a thread somewhere where I was hopeful about a forum community update. Do you know where it is? I can't seem to find it

What's grammatically correct about 'An Hero'?

An Hero is a meme... you really have to hang with specific communities online to understand.
Re: Re: 19/04/2010 - Forum Reshuffle
Posts are being hidden that contain Jublex's "new motto". I'm sure you've heard it; if it's not broken, break it. I created a congregation thread on the day of the release and some of the posts have been hidden... there was nothing particularly bad about them.

*gives up*
I'm just worried they're not going to fix it.

Hannnnnng fire! Andrew went ahead and made a post attempting to clarify things. Apparantly, 'Free1000+' was supposed to be the traditional forums (since everyone can post there) and the higher-level alternatives were an extra for anyone wanting to be secluded.
They've changed the name of 'Free1000+' to 'Everyone' to clear that up.
Also, Future Updates and Game Feedback will be returning.
Hmm..

Nothing yet. Seems they've listened to a degree though, so Suggestions might get some help if the feedback keeps coming.

It seems I've lost my moderating privilages... or how ever you spell it.
It's a shame, but I don't think that anything is going back.

Yeah, I can't seem to edit or remove or move... maybe just on this thread.
I don't know, that was a random thought
