Reckon that's real spoilers? Or just some faux content they created for the purposed of the image? Or has the sword already been released and I'm old news? (Given the steam train, dragon and what looks a little bit like a troll don't seem very upcoming).

I hate to say it, but most of what you're looking at there is concept art for already released content...
The swords are concepts of the dungeoneering 2h swords
The trolls and dragons are concepts for their respective graphics updates
The steam train would probably be the Keldagrim-Dorgesh-Kaan (no idea if I spelt that right...) one, wouldn't it?
But that creature in the top right... What's that?

Thought as much that I was just out-dated.
It appears to have a breastplate, but underneath it the tendrils have mouths (which the side sketches are drawing - not the different teeth and head armour). On top of the breastplate appears to be arms, so it appears to be half humanoid half head-tentacle monster.
What's the mummified dragon?

that doesn't look mummified to me, just looks like structural lines
