It's time to bring a crime aspect to runescape.
(does have community writing aspects)

Setting: Building near the Falador party room.

Scenerio: You walk into the building.

Cutscene:
\Scene: A man is standing talking to another man sitting on a desk.

\Man 1: Detective, I found a note on my door.

\Detective:And this is important, why?

\Man 1: Read what it says!

\Detective: *Reading note aloud*
One low to the ground has been struck by a blade
Upon his death this note has been laid
The next to fall
Lives behind the disco ball
But there is more
At your front door
the man will fall to the floor
*Note ends*
.............. Don't worry this is probably just a hoax

\Man 1: Lets hope so

*End cutscene*

Scenerio: Detective walks towards you. Man brushes past you as if you don't exist.

Detective: Can I help you?

You:
1)What was that all about?
2)No I'm fine.

A2) *Backs out of conversation*
A1)

Detective: Nothing, why are you meddling around anyways.

You:
1)What if it isn't a hoax? Will you just let someone die.
2)Cause I'm Scooby Doo

A2)

You:
(Asks option 1)

Detective: You're right, I have to look for the first body so could you please figure out the note if it is real, and notify me immediately.

You:
1) Sure.
2) I'm just some random dude you just met and you expect me to decode something, No!
