Construction Rewards (a la Resource Dungeons)

First topic message reminder :
I reckon there should be some "real world" Construction rewards, similar to Agility shortcuts and Dungeoneering resource dungeons.
Upgrades/skilling:
• Upgrade compost bins (twice as wide). Still takes only 15 to fill, but now provides between 20-30 compost.
Shortcuts:
• 2 ladders: one from the troll camp to My Arm, and again from My Arm up to the Mountain Camp.

The difficulty of the monster to kill?
Agility shortcuts are almost certainly levelled based on how much of an advantage you get.

Isn't the difficulty of the monster to kill just another way of saying "better" really?

It's not necessarily difficulty, more annoyance. But yes, I digress.
