Why do I have 28 bag slots?
Make it an even goddamn number, not ******* 28. That, or get rid of the "withdraw 5" and "withdraw 10" spaces while banking and leave it with withdraw 1, x, (x value), all, all but one.

That doesn't really fit with the 4 x 8 theme.
36 or 32 would... 40 would be good at the current system with 10 x 4 but you could change it. I think it's alright as is though.

Re: Why do I have 28 bag slots?
Every time I get back from WoW I cry to see just 28 bag slots. In WoW my priest has two 16 slot bags and three 20 slot bags, and my warrior has five 16 slot bags. And that's on top of the fact that just about everything in that game stacks, too....
which reminds me, a semi-stackable system might be interesting to place in runescape, where some items stack to say, 10 or 20, instead of the only choices being infinite stacking and no stacking.
It would only require a simple programming variable change- instead of Canstack=[true/false], the variable would replaced with Maxstack=[1/2....x]

Re: Why do I have 28 bag slots?
Yes but your idea sucks and mine is awesome.
j/k, c/p it in this thread and lets have a look at it.

"More stackable items pl0x!"
Okay, we all know the situation, we've all seen the threads ranting for making things stackable! But it's against the rules to post such threads, and a lot of what player's campaign for is... noobish? Well, I thought up my idea a while back, a year or so, when I was completing Tourist Trap; how does Ann in a Barrel takes up one space when we have to use whole inventories to carry similar items!
Piling, or pileable items, are items that can be stacked in limited stacks (or piles). In the graphic logs come in threes, why not make this literal? Logs are pileable in piles of three, then it starts a new pile (graphics can be updated so they change with number, like with stacks). Imagine things like bowstrings piling onto a yarn, maybe five-per-pile?
I honestly don't mind what is made pileable, but it's definitely a solution to save up some inventory space but still requiring some! Feel free to suggest things you think should be pileable, and come up with realistic sizes. I've already said logs, but bars could be pileable in threes... although some items should remain unstackable.
