if the attack LVL raise by the jagex system ?
when i played other skill or sometimes i ignore attack , but the lvl raised , thats make me very confused , if the attack LVL raise by the jagex system ?

If you have a weapon with settings like this
[attack] ([strength])
[defense] [controlled]
*(...)* = selected
and you switch to a weapon with settings like this
[controlled] ([attack])
[defense] [none]
*(...)* = selected
You will go from training strength, to training attack. This is because the system is based on position, not on attack type. You have to pay attention to your style after every switch or you'll sometimes gain unwanted experience.

[controlled] ([attack])
[defense] [none]

thanks , that happened when i train my ranged i trained from 68 to 80 , but the attack raised about 3 lvl . thats very kind of you , thanks very much , i will notice that
