(Before anyone says "go learn to play a real instrument, I have been playing piano for 5 years)

so which do you prefer, the more realistic and technically superior rock band? or the more fun harder crazier guitar hero?

I like rock band, for several reasons, namely, rock band 3 will let you play entirely with 100% real instruments. so that helps. but I have guitar hero smash hits to play Through the fire and flames (80% on expert by the way) so i may be a bit of a hypocrite.

People say "go learn to play a real instrument"... seriously? That's like telling someone who plays COD to go join the army. Wow, people are jerks. Wink

However, I've never played either. The closest I've got is Tap Tap, but I sucked at it... Tongue

Guitar Hero, but only because I can play that using a controller and not one of those guitar attachment thingies. Tongue

Rock Band all the way. Good songs that I've actually heard of, easier, more fun gameplay.

Keytar FTW? Tongue

Clap as in hands together? Tongue

Like, "I can't even hum/whistle/clap/toot/etc along to it, let alone guitar"? Wink
