The Mastrop Colonies

Right now, I think it might be a good idea to avoid discussion over Pallis and actually suggest ideas for RUNESCAPE.

Which is here: an idea of mine which I came up like fifteen minutes ago.




The Mastrop Colonies are peaceful settlements in the very southern reaches of the Southern Sea- where the climate is temperate...not tropical- founded by explorers commissioned by the king of Mistalin to exploit resources from a very foreign source. Well, these colonies are now a small microcosm of people wanting their dreams of liberty and free land fulfilled. Nothing wrong happens there. Nope. Not a single thing; every thing's fine.

Rapture, New Hemenster's and Marmos Island's governor, is assured of this theory, but he is holding a long kept secret and dire secret. Does this mean the colonies will remain peaceful, basking in their seemingly limitless prosperity, or is there a dire threat just lurking behind the corner?


Well as read in the overview, these are multiple settlements. Now what I didn't tell you is that these settlements are on 4 different islands: Marmos, Glisten, Embla, and Drus. Each has a settlement and an expansive, uninhabited area. The colony on Marmos Island is New Hemenster. Drus is New Taverly, Embla is New Ardougne, and for Glisten is New Rimmington. Imagine these towns being like the towns in colonial America with New Taverly being the largest and most prosperous.
