There's got to be a reason!
I just had a sort of epiphany (which you guys may have already had/always understood and didn't realise that some people didn't know it)...
But there's got to be a reason why Jagex HASN'T used some updates.
For example, magic armour. It's not like it's that difficult of an update, and they've already released it partially with Dungeoneering. There's got to be a reason why they won't spend a couple of hours giving low levels (particularly) some half-way decent magic defence.

That reason is that Mage's use binds as their armor, but that doesn't mean that Meleers can't cause spells to splach more often.
And the other updates?
And the other updates?

Binds can also be used in Dungeoneering.
'sides, Binds and Curses are scarely used by magicians because of inventory consumption.
I did have some others in mind, but I've just drawn a blank. I'll get back to you.
P.S. I personally feel curses and binds should be like herblore and summoning... not class specific. But that's just me.
