Possible deciphered clues/hints.

Nomad is too frightened. [Blue Note deciphered using shorthand writing]

Grand Exchange Order Form:
Each set of two words has a word in common, they are in order: Red, Axe, Chaos, Dwarf, Machine.
This coupled with the mirrored text "I Forgive You" hints toward the upcoming quest "Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf
The Processed stamp may mean that it has been completed, as we had many diaries showing it's progress.


Mentor A Bandwagon:
It is an anagram for "Rag and Bone Man Two", and N°156 in the world likely means it will be the 156th (next) quest.


Hardens South:
And anagram for "use shorthand" suggests to use shorthand to decipher the markings below. It is not sure which form of shorthand is to be used yet.
The markings at the bottom (scale and (zzz)) seem to refer to While Guthix Sleeps.

The current possible translation is: "You've been waiting for Lucien's whereabouts,
Nomad is too frightened. "

The letters to the left of the red and blue underlined letters appear to be an anagram for "Mining" and "Fishing" respectively.

Lucein isn't in the suitcase, not that I can see. The shorthand translates to "You've been warned about Soul Wars. Nomad is to be feared."... where did you get Lucein from? "Uv b wd abt Sl Ws. Nmd is tb frd."

Oh, and the red underlined letters are also an anagram of "second".

The answer to the peanut's joke is "They got a-salted!".
