My suggestions that made the game:

Ashes the WASTE of a Demon, by Psychoboy8
• Synopsis: Ashes can be scattered for prayer XP, and graded by difficulty to obtain.
• Result: Impious, Accursed and Infernal Ashes, all scatterable.

Prayer Is Insulting, by Psychoboy8
• Synopsis: An expansive thread for creating a fairer Prayer skill: a Zamorakian prayerbook, Zamorakian and non-melee armour providing a prayer point bonus, etc.
• Result: The Ancient Curses prayerbook contains some conceptually similar effects to the Zamorakian prayerbook. This thread isn't closed.

Non-Player Quests/Fiction Within Fiction, by Psychoboy8
• Synopsis: A feature that allows players to assume the play of other characters to add background/depth to their story. Or even to remain as yourself in stories that would not be possible in "real life".
• Result: The Fremennik Sagas, three NPQs that take the player (in the shoes of various NPCs) into Daemonheim

Minor tweaks:
• Renaming the Zarosian Statuette.
• General Graador now drops Ourg bones (with hindsight I'm not proud of this).

Dear Blog,

I just remembered I was marathoning Supernatural, which I had only seen the odd episode of prior to. I got half way through season 4 and sort of stopped. I think it's because I was home for either the summer (2011) or Christmas (2010) and I didn't have enough harddrive space on my laptop for all of them, and so I stopped because I ran out... but either way, I've just picked it up again.

Wasn't that hard to find the episode I was on, actually... although I'm glad they do recaps because I'm a little stuck on remembering the story of the current season.

I've perfected the Blast Furnace.

Inventory is 1 sacred clay hammer, noted coal, noted mithril, stack of bolts and bucket. My withdraw-X is set to 23. I have a weildable sacred clay tool in my hand, so I can do two-tools per "trip". I mostly fill the furnace with coal (~150).

1) Add 23 mithril ore.
2) Before collecting the bars, add 2x23 coal and 23 mithril. Collect 23 bars.
3) Smith the bars.

9 times out of 10, by the time I'm done on the anvil the next 23 bars are already in the dispenser. Repeat steps. Not to be a freeloader, but I never get a chance to help with the furnace because there's always bars waiting to be smithed.

The reason for the overfilling of the furnace is insurance against half-loads. In case someone's pedalling as you're putting the ore on the conveyor. Although, this is before I perfected the strategy. You have to put the coal in first. If you put the mithril in first, there's a chance the smelting will tick while you're adding the coal... and you cannot add more ore while there are 28 bars in the dispenser. Then you've got a full inventory of coal that you can't add because the dispenser is full.

I don't have the inventory space for 25. I could do 24, but since I'm assuming you aren't using sacred clay, my 23 is getting more xp than your 25.

I can't kill Vanstrom either.

Vanstrom was REALLY easy when he stopped cheating. My success rate dodging "Let the blood consume you" was still really bad, but when he stopped making me lag I dodged it most of the time. I took virtually no damage the entire fight.

I used ranged so that he always used his magic attacks, and with Protect From Magic + Armadyl he never dealt any damage AT ALL except when he used a special attack. I think I used 8 sharks/rocktails (my inventory was patchwork, I only used the top two rows of food though). Level 70 Ranged + Ranging Potion, although I think it ran out and I never repotted. Only needed 1 dose of prayer potion.]

He only hit my with "Stare into the darkness" once, and he only hit my like twice with the bombs in his flying mode (attacking him in this mode makes him take extra damage).

I failed a few times simply because he would spam "Let the blood consume you", or I would get instakilled by one of the bombs in his flying mode that pathfinding lag-runned me over. But when everything went smoothly he never did any damage with his attacks and I dodged every skills.

Hi ho the bitch is dead!
Which old bitch?
The pesty bitch!

I took a super set (attack, strength, defence), 2 prayer potions, a full inventory of rocktails, a full spirit bird of rocktails, bandos body and legs, dragon boots, glory, obby cape, helm of nezzy and dragon defence (would have used Tokkul-Zo, but you can't get it from your grave and I thought I might die), Protect from Melee and magic bonfire health bonus.

It took all my prayer potions and all my rocktails. But SHE'S DEAD! I had enough special attack energy for all but her last attack (which nearly killed me because I was at half health and forgot it damages me too)... but she was at like 200 health so I didn't care that she killed 2 of my archers.
