barrows money

this isnt really tht much to discuss i just need help.
whats the best way to get better drops from barrows?
and whats some ways to make money fast

its kinda hard to kill the dragons now cause of noobs always bringing cannons to them

how do you make money with the kingdom?

You just complete Royal Trouble, get your favor up, throw 2+ million in there, put your workers on fish and herbs, wait a week, kablam

Dragons is quite good money if you find an empty world. Both the bones and the hides sell and for quite a fair amount.

Shark merching to Bounty Worlds is quite good. You buy them on the GE, then sell them at Edgeville in a Bounty World for more money. This used to work better before the GE... and what with the shortcut it only works now in worlds where you can't get to the GE.

Dragons are very good money. Greens... somewhere... is the best. I think bones are worth more than hides, so i'd stock those.

Barrow killing 101


I prefer Veracs armor, for the prayer boost...really comes in handy (although the halos from Cwars could prove useful).


Black Saly, the ammo is cheap and effective and all the barrow brothers
(although I use a whip on ahrim) (use magic mode on all, range on
ahrim). Really, any other method of attacking is only going to cost you
more money.

bring lots of prayer pots (should be able to make multiple runes without teleing.
bring a quick means of teleing, for ur last run before banking..or in the event of an emergency.

Some food (the amount is really based on how much damage you take from the monsters).
If you are decent in level, guthans and torag are unlikely to require prayer.


For kill count, 12 - 13, every time I have gotten a good item, its with
a kill count in that range. (mostly 12). If you go for a higher number,
your just wasting time.



A 'fast' way to make money, get 91 hunter (or 88).

go to puro puro and catch implings.
I advise using the poratals on RS itself (not the one in zanris). You can use the imp at the zarnis portal to 'check gates' and make your way there. The speed boost is very important.



I make 9 - 10M per day (hours done vary).

Ignore special implings (dragon, kingly) and not world hoping, I make 150 - 300k every 30mins.

I recommend at least 87, while kingly imps (and really the bulk of the money) are outside of reach, it's still possible to catch the rest. Zombies, Magpies and Ninja make up the hourly rates (and are the only non special imps i capture). I would bring a magic net (get for doing the game), imp repelent (again bought during the game), jar generator (bought and recharged in the game)..i like the generator as it keeps your weight low and simply summon a jar when required. Most importantly, snare runes...other wise they will prove frustrating to capture. (88+ hunter can pot for kinglys)

Here's a method that requires very little money. On the flip side, it requires 70+ in some stats (not that much, but the range can[and will] be annoying.). First, gain 70 range, defense, prayer, attack and strength. It also requires completion of "The Fremmenik Isles" (not a hard quest, but this is just a side note) and "King's Ransom" (and the knight waves mini-quest). Completing the following quests are worth your time, but not needed: Nature Spirit and In Aid of the Myreque. Wear a Black Dragonhide body and chaps, A Regen Bracelet (or a combat Bracelet), A helm of Neitznot, Any ring, Boots of Lightness, An Amulet of Glory and any good weapon and/or shield. Bring enough food to stay alive, bring an ectophial (or a Varrock teletab if you land by the G.E.) and bring prayer potions.

eh i haven't ever done the barrows, but I hear you can get 1 billion from the chest (if your the luckiest guy on earth)


I chop mahogany, its simultaneously the best xp, and the best money for woodcutting, (though there seems to have been a hidden update making it easier to get special logs, so the price may fall soon)
