Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
one question about the barenlands, which is land and which is water (I do not know so much about the barenlands.. from other threads or main history... I just wondered how much land we can create) : D
(blue water brown-yellow land? or the other way round?)

Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
Water is the blue-tint on the sphere, and dark-brown on the scroll, the actual lake-shapes should match up (or I tried anyway).

so we have not that much of land to play with? but anyway, it looks great.. and we just need to gather our races and spieces and put them on the map
3dit: Sorry, I wrote land instead of water.

Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
Sorry, I meant to say water.
Water is the blue-tinted region, and the dark-brown region. Lands makes up most of the map.

Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
then we got plenty of land.. I wondered why we had a ocean of water and then not able to water our land.. well okey it solved
do we have the ability to divide Barrenlands into "Provinces" where our small races are ruling or is it just a huge realm or region?

Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
I really don't think there should be too much dividing really. Also, I would really limit the races to ensure quality before quantity, and make sure it doesn't get too messy. Also, a dominant/humanlike race is a must, I know six-legged spider-centaurs are interesting, but there really needs something that can be identified with.
Also also, I think we should be careful with our race, and people 'insulting' each other's race, and 'why did their race get added?'

Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
we need to vote for which races are taken in, if not, we may have 100 races in the end.. As Ruy is saying.. have a limited numbers of races
some dominant, (2 maybe or just one? Good/Evil)
some minor (2-3? Neutral/Good?)

Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
I'd go for two dominant races, again it creates dynamic in the world.

Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
a good side and a evil side, or just two sides fighting each other for power and land?
a humanlike side and a monsterlike side?

Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
okey so.. what have we for.. like RS's dwarves, elves, gnomes... minor or really tiny NPC-creatures. : )
and.. where does the Dwallow(ian)s lives?
Where does the Mogruls lives?
starting to discuss further on this...

Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
Mogrul live in mountainous and swamp-type locations, whilst Dwallows live on open grassland, lake sides and land's edge. Something should live in the trees, of the two, dwallow, but maybe something else entirely.
Re: [P] The Remnants: Scape
Okay: If we split pallis geographically between green-areas and barren areas then the dwallow take the green while the mogrul take the barren.
