Mumblings of an on and off fantasy schemer

There shall be two distinct schools of Magic: Seal Magic and Free Warping.

Users of free warping are called demons. There are two types of demons: Dzai-Imon, the human warpers, and Daemons, the magical beasts.

Seal magic consists of binding Daemons, and Daemonic spells into seals to be wielded by humans, these can be burned/carved/painted into flesh, onto scrolls, onto armour and weaponry, or onto structures.

DAEMON HIERARCHY

Gods (Benevolent) > Half-Gods (Chaotic, often Malevolent) > High Daemons > Daemon Warriors > Horrors (Malevolent) > Daemon Beasts > Imps

Dzai-Imon Hierarchy with explanations

Demon: A demon is a normal mage, the effects of the magic upon human body and mind are pronounced, long time users of magic who have never advanced will be almost unrecognizable as human and nearly insane.

Lord Demon: A Lord Demon has mastered the magic to such a degree that his mind is no longer warped by it. Characterized by a sudden return to sanity, the rise to Lord Demon is rare and only happens to those with incredible skill. They are however warped horribly by the redirected energies of the magic and their bodies become monstrosities.

Demon Lord: Demon Lords are those few Lord Demons who have halted the warping of their bodies. They look like a normal human, act sane, and are highly deadly. The rare transition from Lord Demon to Demon Lord only occurs to those capable of wielding great quantities of magical force. Their magic is highly corrosive to the fabric of the world and can have random and unintended consequences, they form the governing council of the Dzai-Imon capital.

Darkness: The most powerful of Dzai-Imon, they have fully mastered the warpings powers of free magic. They can warp their own body and mind as they will, making them shape-shifters capable of outwitting anyone, they can launch vicious telepathic attacks, rival the gods in combat, and warp the very fabric of being with their magic.

Darknesses are the rarest breed, only five have ever been recorded. Three led the charge against the dread demons and fortified the capital. Centuries later, one led a few acolytes through the desert, sealing demons, freeing the trapped gods, and locking the Half-Gods in deep seals. Another, created soon after the fourth, held the capital against the prosecution of the seal mages, who were unaffected by the warpings of magic.

Very nice. To what ends is this bout of fantasy?

So, 'pprently I've been discounting the fact that accelerated classes give a .5 boost to that particular grade in your GPA... 4.0+ ftw

Tergad Doombringer - First of the Dark Acolytes

A tall man, Tergad stands 6' 2". He is deathly pale, with bluish lips and steely gray eyes. His hair is long, black, and oily. It falls around his shoulders, blending into the dark cloak he wears. His chin is pronounced, his mouth small, his nose and ears are thin and long. Though strong, he is somewhat thin. Burned across his brow is a line of 13 ornate sigils.

His body is covered in black. His armour is insanely ornate. A patchwork of pendants, talismans, plates, spikes, and chains, the entire thing is black and a long cloak of thick black cloth ripples behind him.

Abilities: Like any Dark Acolyte, Tergad follows a philosophy of overwhelming force. Both a seal mage and a Demon Lord, he is a master of magics. His armour contains over 500 demons locked in seals under commands to protect him, transport him, and attack his foes at his will. Every piece of his armour has seals imbued into it and is enchanted many times over. His right palm plate on his gaunlet holds 7 different types on long range magical attacks, his elbow plate will melt the sword that hits it.

His most fearsome power, however, is that a half-god is bound into each of the seals on his brow. When he unleashes them, no one can stand against him.

B Block: Adv. Topics in Spanish (Post-AP, first semester is history of spain, second is cinema of spain)
C Block: Advanced Calculus (Goes beyond the material AP Calc BC covers)
D Block: Russian History and Literature (taking for english credit)
E Block: Senior Studio (open media advanced arts course)
F Block: Mathematical Modelling (an accelerated elective)

Out of block: Figure Drawing (omg they is nude!)

Well, I've decided to formally quit. I'm offering the 20m salvaged from my collection of items as prize money for the quest suggestion's database newest contest.

Wait, what?! Why?

I'm not quitting this forum, I'm just formalizing my RS inactivity which has now spanned months and months. And I'm feeling generous so I'm subsidizing a worthy cause.

RS inactivity is becoming something of a hobby as mine as well. Glad to see you donated your money rather than let it sit in your bank. And also very glad to know that you're still sticking around here! You would be sorely missed, you know.

Phew! There's still some stuff I want to do before I quit, namely getting some Armadyl Gear.

Well, shall we make this contest more interesting? I might have some interest to add (EDIT: I'll triple it), with Dark's permission of course

overthrowin' student government in my spare time. What'cha gonna do bitchez!


For those who care:

There was a debate over the necessity of student government in one assembly
Then only two candidates ran for office, there are four offices in the student council...and both of them are running unopposed for their office.
Then someone started the idea of replacing it with a new government
Then we had our figurehead speak before the candidates did...
then we had a meeting
then we put up signs claling for a vote of no confidence, which were taken down because they had no names...then we got a poster up with 100 signatures on it.

We have student council elections tomorrow...
