¤ Morytania Achievement Diary ¤

Hi all! This is the latest idea I've come up with, and I'm still working on it, but I want to know how you guys would feel about a Morytania Achievement Diary. I've also developed one, so you could see this as a beta version. If there's anything you'd like to see changed, please say so, and I'll see what I can do.

• Kill a ghast in Mort Myre Swamp
  
• Kill a citizen of Canifis using Wolfbane
  
• Have Mazchna assign you a Slayer Task
  
• Browse through Mazchna’s Slayer Shop
  
• Buy a pickled brain from the Hair of the Dog Inn
  
• Kill a Loar Shade
  
• Make some Sacred Oil
  
• Talk to the Mysterious Old Man in the Barrows area
  
• Buy some Raw chicken from Rufus in his store in Canifis and cook it
  
• Sacrifice some bones to the Ectofunctus
  
• Claim 255 Ectotokens at the Ectofunctus
  
• Do a Low-risk Temple Trek or Burgh de Rott Ramble
  
• Travel to Dragontooth Island
  
• Fill some druid pouches

The concept has been around long before Arzonus was ever on the forums.

I believe he's aware of that. He's more asking why you talk to mods and not him.

Cuz I know the mods better than I know him Paul is great to chat to, and I speak to Timbo every once in awhile as well. Mod Mark also claims to regularly read my threads when bored, so I can quickly get info from him when I try.

They talk to me cuz I've made myself known on the forums, especially in Future Updates, have joined a high profile clan based entirely around Future Updates, and reach out to mods to speak with them about Future Developments. I'm ranked high in the clan, and am, around the forums, well known for seeking obsene amounts of info

It's suprisingly less hard than one would expect to get to chatting with a mod. Generally, once they release a piece of content, join their fc. It's usually not crowded, but they are often in there. Have a chat with 'em, and they may decide to add you. Mod Ana for example, released BoD and Robo Hobo, myself, and a few others were the only ones around. Whenever Ana's on now, I can have a small chat with her, since I made a point to get to know her a bit. Just be friendly, and interested in what the future may hold, and they may start listening to your smaller suggestions as time goes on

I once won Thread of the Week and a Jagex Mod appeared on my thread in its earlier days and said how good it was, it was Mod Poppy. You know her?

Poppy's fantastic She's easily the easiest to contact, since she created one of the first clans under the new system, called Poppy's Pink Patrons of Pain

I got what they call Featured Thread (and they got on homepage and newsletter as well :o) for some Future Updates threads of mine so far, one being a massive theory about Nomad, stickied by Nomad's creator, another being one on the Signature Heroes.
