They haven't "forgotten about it" - that implies they ever had any intention to use it. Saying you have a good idea doesn't mean it's appropriate for RuneScape. I don't see why not, but it's their call.
Re: Monsieur Pooch (blogger discretion advised)
I've done my best to make the conversation understandable... quoting where necessary. If I made a mistake, please correct it.
Morbius, this is now your blog.

What the hell is all this?
If you really find me annoying and now just don't like me, just come out and say it!

What? We were talking about stuff related to you on two threads... I put it into one place. Well, the Arzonus thread wasn't that unrelated, but Dark's Blog certainly isn't the place to talk about you.
You can change the title of the thread yourself if that's what's insulting you, but I've come to find it my endearing name for you.
There's nothing new here... I've just been using the forums split 'n' merge feature. There's been no secret discussion behind your back and you've only just noticed this thread, this thread was only just created,

Re: Monsieur Pooch (blogger discretion advised)
To be honest, I believe that I have been overly competitive in having the last word. In most cases, it's been what's been keeping me going by trying to make sure the Arzonus isn't mistaken for being copied and trying to make it more original before Jagex creates some ideas that contradicts mine.
I am not fond of the title either. The sounds as if you interpret for someone who is pompous, arrogant, self-righteous and a large number of qualities that describe me as someone dislikeably snobbish, just like Saradomin. My first impression is that I thought you had all come to dislike me. +

Re: Monsieur Pooch (blogger discretion advised)
Monsieur is French, and Pooch means dog.
... when I hear Monsieur I always think of a maniacal villain stroking a whisker-like moustache, well, a cliche frenchy villain, but still. And pooch is just because you expressed a dislike to wolves being referred to as dogs, and now it's going to be something I'll do a lot.
None of what you said came to mind at all.
Also, Saradomin is made out to be like that due to what we know he is and what he's taught to be. He's not personally being arrogant and self-righteous, we just know what he's like and know it's nothing like what we're told.

*Ne aimes-tu Francais?
Monsieur Cabot would be more accurate, but where's the fun in speaking one language at a time.

Re: Monsieur Pooch (blogger discretion advised)
Let's just relax a little here, okay?
I hope we haven't come across as insulting or insensitive Morbius. It's not as if I've read every discussion you've had with everyone, but ultimately, I don't think anyone - if slanderous comments have been made - means any harm. We can be a pretty sarcastic bunch from time to time.
I've always assumed the "more the merrier" mindframe here. I welcome everyone who'd like to join in, and I think we're all happy to have you onboard. You've writing talent, and that's always a welcome thing in a forum which thrives on ingenuity.
You shouldn't let Arzonus's recent trends get you down. It's gathered a lot more compliments than any other quest-suggestion I know, and even if it doesn't become an official part of Runescape, it does mean a lot to the players who've supported it, just as if it were.
Not only have you made a lot of players happy, you've received confirmation that you have skill. I'd say those count for something.

I am not a moron, nantang.
Re: Monsieur Pooch (blogger discretion advised)
I'm well aware what that means, and it isn't an insult, but more a of an insight. A "nantang" is Na'vi for "viperwolf", which is related somewhat to the image I use as my avatar.
Mind you, I've been hopeful for Arzonus being made because when they released more posters for sale in the Jagex Shop, they had one with werewolves on it. However, the scene looked nothing like Morytania, more a lush green forest at night and the moon wasn't eerie looking, but had a greater lustre to it. And also visible in the background was a wolf howling at the moon and there are no wolves in Morytania other than werewolves, yet there are nearby the location where I planned Arzonus to be. Coincidence?

Re: Monsieur Pooch (blogger discretion advised)
I thought it was related to their book?
Also, I fail to see how a viperwolf and insanity wolf are related... I mean, aside from the wolf bit. But anyway, it's just as much an insult as me calling a child a child, or a woman a woman.
'Shut up, child.'
'What did you just say to me, woman?'
It's more the context it's being used.

Would I be doing myself an injustice by inventing a new language for the werewolves?

If it is done properly, just making up some words is usually just annoying and doesn't contribute much.

I remember once drying to come up with an alcoholic drink you could buy in a RuneScape inn and it would restore run energy and temporarily boost your agility.
"You drink the beer.
You feel the need to strut your funky stuff."
