[P] The Forerunner
First topic message reminder :
I came across this image whilst browsing games and thought it'd be amazing if there were a couple of cities that have fallen into disarray, would provide excellent scenary and a different style of location for training.
Dark's "The Mouths of the Creators" refine clouds and transport the water via aqueducts. But yeah, discussion.
The Forerunner
Discussion on the Forerunner, the Creators, the Builders; those who existed before the Dwallow, whose disappearance is a mystery but whose remains is a way of life.

Re: [P] The Forerunner
Perhaps the Mouths could just be defaced, worn by age. Myriads have passed since their construction.
Re: [P] The Forerunner
they are 10 000 years old, ofc they are somehow defaced..

"Don't tell any one, but the Arzonusii were here."
"-is ---e was Master Maelstrom."
His face...? I can't make context of this. His love? Whose?
"City of the Werewolves, it exists!"
"They will return, soon!"
I would like to add;
"Th-s -- --t ---p-n-ng!"

Re: [P] The Forerunner
what do this have to do with the forerunners....
If the mouths are all AROUND Pallis, is it like all destroyed over the Mogrul territory? or is it there, just not really working as it once was built as

Re: [P] The Forerunner
I think the Forerunner should have never heavily populated the stone and sand to the north. The drills exist there because there is nothing there to kill, but as they never intensly lived there they never constructed mouths to sustain them. Thus, no mouths.

Re: [P] The Forerunner
The amount of erosion would depend on nothing but the location :oZectiox wrote:they are 10 000 years old, ofc they are somehow defaced..
If within a cave or sheltered from rain and strong winds, it'll easily survive for that period if cut in decent stone. Of course, stuff like limestone degrades faster than granite and since this is runescape you can always magically erode/preserve it if you like :$

"The forerunner, it's all a lie!"
"The forerunner is a--u-ll- something also."
"The p-off-s-o- -ol- -e many things." (I'd say professor, but that doesn't have two Fs)
"But he was only a- -ma-e."
"I shouldn't ta-- h--d!"
"The Nightmare was fo--l-w-ng" (I'd say following, but it doesn't fit; foollowing? folllowing?)

Re: [P] The Forerunner
I was gonna put it more politely and say, "No offence, but nothing remotely Arzonus related is entering Pallis... unless it's cleverly disguised, in which case, that's fine since at least it appears to be something new."

Now that is why I dislike you, because you refer to me as "Morbs". It's not "Morbs" or "Morb", it's "Morbius", "MorbiusMonster" or you don't address me at all.

Well honestly you've shown me no reason at all to give you more than the absolute minimum necessary to identify you. You basically just have 3 threads about Arzonus on here, and fail to give feedback or discussion that is constructive or interesting. So that's why I dislike you. Oh and I also dislike you for assuming the worst of everyone, insulting us, and never listening to us, and the never apologizing or even admitting you're wrong. It's sickening.
Honestly, despite all your big words, you seem like an immature idiot with an over inflated ego.
This is the most egregious example.

3mpty has been blabbering about the Barrenlands since before I knew him. I'm currently looking for his post/thread on the Wight Gate

Re: [P] The Forerunner
Anyway, the Forerunner...
Relay devices? Small devices within forerunner empires and near forerunner technology; projecting holographic recordings that have been looping since forever (metaphorically). They, perhaps, recorded the last moment of the forerunner - whilst some are merely actions, some seem to be direct messages to the recorder. It would seem there were means of communication in their time, but were also used as an emergency broadcast system (or, in this case, and emergency recording).
*shrugs*

Re: [P] The Forerunner
now that I like : D... (projecting holographic recordings)
I think of those in star wars ;D... actually, its a great but, maybe to hightech idea.. Forerunner may have been a bit smarter than the others, so, why not?
now we just need to get some... holographic pictures of those... forerunners

Re: [P] The Forerunner
like the fabric over their faces or like a hood, that's hiding their faces, only like the mouth is visible... something they maybe only will show, the mouths...
if the forerunners only should show their mouths, it could be like something with the mouths of the creators.. similarities... Im in a big fan of the Assassin creed outfit, always trying to make something similar, I like the "hide" and "secret" of it.. if you know what I mean? : D

Re: [P] The Forerunner
its just awesome ;D
heeey, what if the forerunners faces could look like your avatar?... with a different costume though, but the faces, some could be red, blue, white, grey, black, yellow... and green... then they maybe could have like, something before the eye-part of the face, just to hide their "eyes" even if they really doenst show them usual... as it is... mystic...
